How advaced were you on the installation when you cancelled?
1- Check in the programs menu if you have Universal Installer and use it to uninstall all oracle software.
2- When it's done look for the folder that Oracle created (e.g.: c:\oracle) and try to delete it manually (if you can't delete the whole folder, enter subdirectoty by subdirectory and do it one at the time).
3- Check no oracle services exists in your control panel.
4- Restart the machine and delete remaining surviving folders from step 2.

Then you can restart the installation.

Hey!! Now I see you're talking about Windows (low on coffe on this side :-D ). This is a Linux forum. Anyway I guess my suggestion is valid but next time you should try for example on http://forums.oracle.com/forums/forum.jspa?forumID=64 (The Oracle forums) where you might find people installing on Windows.

Good luck
