How about an IRC client online on the Support->IRC webpage ? so that people can login from there and ask questions.
Might be good to hardware the client into a specific channel like #centos or even create a new channel like #centos-help
This could be some form or community based Live support - might make it easier to get people asking the questions and hopefully some of them being answered as well.
