upload problems

I'm unable to attach files to posts.....

Errors Returned While Uploading
Failed opening directory with write permission: /var/www/html/oldwebcopy.centos.org/uploads/newbb

Edit: yes, it failed. Probably, attaching a file is not allowed in this Forum?

Forgot to say - this was in the CentOS 5 / Hardware Support forum which says it does allow uploads.
