Right, looks like it's having problems. I have pinged some people to have a look at the situation.

Yes, we indeed had a IP subnet change at the DC hosting multiple nodes (including bugs.centos.org) but it seems that issue was visible post-migration, due to mantisbt/php keeping cache and the socket to previous IP (that was still working until DC removed that old subnet)
All ok now and should be resolved
