How to set constant Screen Brightness?

Hi,

I am a newbie user of Centos. I use Centos 7. What annoys me is that I have to adjust Screen Brightness each time after I had logged out and do login again; I have just to klick on that little round button on the Power Settings > Screen Brightness slider to get the brightness again, but it is annoying to do it each time. Could I make a Screen Brightness setting permanent?

Of course it should still be adjustable if needs be.

P.S. If it helps: text mode - with <Ctrl>+<ALT>+<F1>/<F5> - is also a little bit dim, but I do not know how to adjust that.
