Those packages are in the base operating system. Some CentOS Special Interest Groups provide some extra packages, which can be found by browsing http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/ and some third party repositories (such as EPEL) also have their own set of packages that can be used on CentOS.

Is there something in particular you are looking for?
