mingw cross compiler

Does anyone know when/where I can get the mingw cross compiler for CentOS 7 x86_64?

I am only finding beta/7/ rpm's to download individually and there appears to be a huge number of dependencies.

EPEL7 (which is admittedly still in beta) seems to have a bunch of mingw packages. Install the epel-release package for EPEL7 to enable installing mingw packages with yum. yum will take care of downloading the required dependencies.
