How to get preemptive kernel instead of standard one ?

Post by darketik » 2014/08/04 15:00:55

Hi

Where can i find kernel-rt package for centos 7 ?
Looked in offical repo and almost all of the additional repo you provide in the wiki... nothing...
It's a must have for audio/video pro apps.

Thanks

There's no such thing and I don't believe there was one for CentOS 6 either.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
