suggestions: powertop tunables

Hi all,

I'm running a File Server (CIFS) with two Raid-5 systems build in.
I was checking powertop and recognized that a lot of tunables are in "Bad" state.
But what do you guys suggest to be some good settings for a file-server that has to be available 24/7 ...?

Is it good to have:
SATA link power management enabled ?
VM writeback timeout ?
Autosuspend for unknown USB devices ?
Runtime PM for PCI Device Marvel Tech SATA Controller ...
