Aaaand we have a winner in our quiz, it's AlanBartlett! DucMinh240890, take note: this is the way experts diagnose problems -- they read the command output and act accordingly. In this case, entering any or both of those commands would have given you details about the failure. Armed with this information, you can then review your configuration files, and perhaps spot and fix the error.

Usually it will tell you on which line you messed up.
