dev-mapper-cl error

I am reposting this because I don't feel like reviving my previous post....

so this is my first time installing CentOS and I am having an issues, the install goes fine but then when it reboots and loads, the white line goes all the way across but then it doesn't load. so I press the down arrow key on my keyboard. and I get the error

then after it just says that for a while over and over again I get this

and then finally I get

but then it counts up and up and up

I have tried using both DD and ISO image mode. I have tried DVD and USB I have tried the guide, I have tried different machines, different ISO files, just about anything I can think of. Any tips guys?
