Embedded Raid Controller card :- ServeRAID™-C100 for System x® supports integrated RAID-0, -1

More Info :- http://www.lenovo.com/images/products/s ... _m4_ds.pdf

Any help will be highly appreciable. Thanks in Advance.

That's a FakeRAID controller. See if it has BIOS options to put it into AHCI mode and then use linux software RAID if you need RAID.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
