kernel panic : not syncing: fatal excemption error in Virtual Machine - Centos7


I am getting this error message when trying to boot to centos 7 or rebooting it. at times it comes up aftre several attempts say once in a while.

How could this be rectified...?

Not enough information to tell. Start by making sure you are up to date by running yum update. Describe your VM, what is runs on, how it's configured etc. Post details of the crash.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

thats was a bug which used to give trouble with the vmware client machines alone and not with PMs.
Rectified with an available patch for the same..thanks
