Urgent - Server not opening from past 4 days.

Hello,

from previous 4 days i am getting this error when i am starting VM : https://prnt.sc/fzwrcf

What is the solution. ?

Pick a different kernel from the grub menu and once booted, yum reinstall the latest kernel. Check that you have sufficient space on /boot first.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
