I'm in the condition that my machine can't connect with the internet. (I'm using CentOS as virtual machine OS,the hypervisor can't connect with the internet because it need static IP, and my place's internet connection only able to DHCP).

Download DVD1 then and attach the iso to your VM and use yum --enablerepo=c7-media after mounting the iso on one of the directories mentioned in /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Media.repo
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

You can mount the full DVD to any folder and then create a yum repo poining to this mountpoint.
From there you will be able to install, remove any package or group of packages.
You can also rsync a CentOS repo to usb media and use this for repo.
