Help - Blank screen after booting

I installed CentOS in a machine, which already had windows 10, after creating a partition for CentOS . when it boots in , it shows only CentOS ( This I understand that i need to change grub config from CentOS installation for dual boot to work) however ,CentOS , when selected from boot menu, shows a blank screen and nothing happens , there is’nt even a command line to proceed . So I cant login to CentOS or My original win 10 . How do I solve this , Please help.
