libinput how to use?!

Hey, I just installed CentOS 7 1708 and for some odd reason my touchpad's vertical and horizontal two-finger scrolling has stopped working. So, I searched around a bit, and think it might be because of the shift from Synaptics to libinput?! In any case, I installed libinput using `yum install libinput` and also, libinput tools, but when I try using libinput, the shell tells me "command not found...".

So, I have no idea how to get the scrolling working. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
