Is Xen for CentOS 7 available?

For technical reasons I would like to use Xen instead of KVM, but I cannot find any packages for Xen, neither in the official repository nor in a Special Interest Group (SIG). The only stuff I have found is for CentOS 6: https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/Xen/Xen4QuickStart

My question: Is Xen for CentOS 7 available?

Yes. The same instructions you found apply for CentOS 7 as well.
