I am attempting to configure sssd, to act as the authentication hook between my CentOS 7 host, and my Windows 2016 Active Directory domain (native).
What configuration steps would I require if I wanted to:
a) Just use sssd for AD login authentication services, and NOT to add the CentOS server to be a member of the AD domain?
b) Do I need to create an account that acts as the 'intermediary authentication account' between the CentOS server and AD?
c) How do I limit the AD users that can use their AD login credentials, to access the CentOS server?
d) What is the proper syntax for giving those account local sudoers?
