Guest Additions not working - Error

Hello Everyone,

Can anyone please help me with how can I resolve the errors which are appearing in file after guest additions installation.

I have attached the error file.

Make sure you're using the latest guest additions.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
