centos 7 realtime as redhat 7 realtime ?

It seems that in centos 7 are missing packages like kernel-rt like redhat 7 realtime.

Why? Aren't they opensource?

The realtime kernels are not in the base repository, but in a different repository: http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7.4.170 ... /Packages/
