Sorry but that's not a CentOS system. You have what's known as an openvz container - shown by the "stab" string in the kernel version number - and you need to ask your hoster for support. At a guess though, your "ZoneServer" executable is a 32 bit one and you don't have any 32 bit libraries installed.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
