Post by arshi » 2018/02/08 07:38:50

My ipaddress got blacklisted when sending mails to gmail.
Mail log is showing like this
suspicious due to the very low reputation of the sending IP address. To protect our users from spam, mail sent from your IP address has been temporarily rate limited. Please visit https://support.google.com/mail/answer/188131 for more information. p30si1923136edd.490 - gsmtp (in reply to end of DATA command)

Also i can see it is blacklisted in mxtoolbox too.
i am using centos7 and am trying to create a mail server.
How to whitelist my ip? How can i enable sending mails to gmail. help please...

This is not a CentOS problem, you need to read the link that you posted and take the actions required to make your ip address more reputable (or use a different one).
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
