Yes, the command line is the method most use, however there is a convenience factor for me since, once I get the server up and running, I seldom need to visit it leaving me a little rusty in Linux commands.
My Centos 7 new install has the Gnome GUI and when I click on the Applications | Sundry | Users and Groups, the menu disappears leaving the desktop. Has anyone else had this problem or have I missed something in the install?
