After 10 minutes C7 workstation unreachable

Tested gpus, cards works well in diff hardware.
This is one of many same setup workstations.
CPU Temp according to sensors = ~25C
GPU Tem's ~55C
Can't understand is it hardware problem or soft, any help appreciated!
