Unable to save /etc/target/saveconfig.json using targetcli

Hi,
I have installed the Cent OS 7 in my virtual box, We gotta an issue while configuring ISCSI LUN using targetcli on this OS.PFA.
Can you anyone help us to resolve this issue?
Let me know if any clarifications.

Can you go t the top level and run 'ls' as I currently struggle to view the 'whole picture'.

This issue is real. Here's a screenshot from my test machines.

Targetcli version - 2.1.fb46-4.el7_5
Kernel used - 3.10.0-123.el7.x86_64 (target & initiator)

Surprisingly, did not see this in kernel 3.10.0-693.el7.x86_64 with same targetcli version.
