Need consolidate information what all system level command and packages changed from Centos 7.3 to Centos7,4

Hi,
Could you please share the consolidate information what all has been deprecated/ system level command output changed / packages are modified from Centos7.3 to Centos 7.4.
If we will have a consolidated summary of the changes, we can check in our code base otherwise it would be very tough to capture everything in testing. Release notes of Centos 7.4 is a way to get the information but would request you to share the summary of all the changes.
