Hi.

Please tell me what is the analogue are RHVH (Red Hat Virtualisation Host)? What ISO image?

We don't ship an exact equivalent of RHEV or related products as Redhat do not publish the SRPMs. If you look at the various centos-release* packages, you can find a lot of stuff in there produced by the various CentOS SIGs that might allow you to construct something similar. Try yum list centos-release-\* to list them all - install the ones you want which add new yum repos and then the packages for that will be available to you.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

The project oVirt is the upstream project of RHV , just like Fedora is upstream of RHEL.
