Auto starting Sphinx search after server restart

Post by spirosd » 2018/05/13 13:38:11

I use CentOS 7.5 and Cpanel. How would I do that?

Once you have installed CPanel, your system is no longer a CentOS system. In almost every case, you will be far better off seeking support from CPanel's own support system. While someone with CPanel experience may see and answer your question here, we repeat, once you have installed CPanel, it is no longer a CentOS system, and answers provided by CentOS users may not be applicable.

If "sphinx" is controlled by systemd then use systemctl enable sphinx
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
