You would appear to have a hardware problem.reason: mce: [Hardware Error]: Machine check events logged
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

it was really related to the hardware problem( maybe power connection). i rechecked all cables of hard drives! and i found both power and SATA cables were problematic. i fixed them. now no problem with booting. thank again!!
