Shutdown/restart/lock computer through taskbar GUI?

I searched for how to do this before asking, and I came up with nothing useful.

On the Gnome taskbar, only "Application" and "Places" appear.

I'd like to make sure command line isn't the only way to perform these functions.

There should be a "power symbol" in the right top corner.
