CentOS 7 installation via serial port console

I'm trying to install Centos7 using an ISO on a device with a serial port. Can I install using the same changes suggested?

I split this topic away from viewtopic.php?f=13&t=46471 as that's about CentOS 6 and CentOS 7 is sufficiently different so that the same procedure will not be applicable.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
