If you are talking about the 32 bit CentOS 7 "altarch" and the EPEL repository, then sorry, but you're out of luck. The maintainers of EPEL follow RHEL and since there is no 32 bit x86 build of RHEL, there is also no EPEL for 32 bit x86 CentOS at all. Your only alternative is to build the packages yourself using 'mock' and the EPEL provided SRPM that they use to build teh 64 bit version.

Or, alternatively, since there are no processors manufactured since 2005 (apart from a few mobile and Atom ones) that are not 64 bit capable, rip out your 32 bit install and use the 64 bit main distro instead.
