Hi everybody,
I install centos 7 on new machines all clean.
And there new "Linuxerie": when selecting the packages to ask during the initial installation, the option '' customize package now '', present in centos 6, 5 and 4, has disappeared.
On the left side we can choose a type of server, giving access to some packages, but not others.
Last precision: I can not access the net with these machines ...
An idea ?
Thanks, have a good day !
Customize package now

There is a FAQ about the network which may be https://wiki.centos.org/FAQ/CentOS7#hea ... 15906fa493
As for the installer, it was rewritten by Redhat for Fedora 18/19 and this is the result. It's not as flexible as it used to be but if you want complete control then use a kickstart file which allows you to select exactly what gets installed.

The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
