Custom Package build for Centos 7

Hello,

Can we create our own custom centos packages using yocto for "CentOS Linux release 7.5.1804 (Core)"

1) Add patches to the existing package
2) Update package for latest version

Also, Build logs from the Centos packages does not match with yocto repository ( Patches differ between them for packages)
