[proxy:crit] [pid 26049] (28)No space left on device: AH02478: failed to create proxy mutex AH00016: Configuration Faile

Sometimes i have this error:

[proxy:crit] [pid 26049] (28)No space left on device: AH02478: failed to create proxy mutex
AH00016: Configuration Failed

How to avoid this?

Disk full?
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.

No, i have a lot of space free.
For solve this issue i have to reboot the server but with time the issue still be present again.

A quick web search suggests that you may be running out of semaphores.

This seems happen often.
Semaphores is something related to OS Centos?

Seems this issue should be solved by creating a cronjob that clean ... i do not understand lot about this.
