Backup Program recommendations?

First I want to make it known that I am a little lost when it's coming to my issue.

At my place of work we have a HP Proliant DL380 G7 server with CentOS 7 installed on it, we also have 2 SuperLoader 3's connected to the server. In searching for a solution for backups on the network, we came across Zmanda Enterprise and was given a trial period. But even with the help from their support team, we have been unable to make any backups function at all. There's always some error that they need days to research about and still not provide a viable solution; in short we've done everything they said to no success.

Is there a program that anyone can recommend that would be a better solution, as opposed to Zmanda?

Preferrably a program that support these data types:

e.g. MS-SQL / Exchange data / Windows server / Linux server / Mac Server

And, also all the features such as backup / restore / Automatic Tape rotations

I know I am probably not including information that is relevant to my questions, for that I apologize. But if anyone could help, it would be greatly apporeciated!

Based on my experience , I would never recommend a backup solution that works for UNIX/Linux/Windows simultaneously.
The only one that will do it's job properly - should work on storage level.
