When I send a test mail from say from outlook.com to the newly setup mail server (postfix/dovecot)
sudo tail -20 /var/log/maillog gives:
warning: do not list domain mydomain.com in BOTH virtual_alias_domains and virtual_mailbox_domains
Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table;
Can you help me understand why this is happening as I can see the user created in mysql and the email is reaching the mail server but rejected,
hostname of the mail server is mail.mydomain.com
What settings should I check?
