English is a crazy language.
To use "kindly" in the future tense, is often somewhat rude, as a command to do something.
But to thank someone "kindly" for a past action, is a perfectly polite expression of gratitude.
There's many examples in this post above.
We often admire the efforts of non-native English users, especially when they help to reveal the craziness of our language.
Meanwhile, we hope the adlt.kumar gets his/her email server sorted.
