SSH issue on CentOS7

After changing port SSH is not connecting with putty on new Port.
Even with last port.
Port is not conflicting and ssh is Running.

i did not changed any thing there
but i make sure if new port is open.

Did you tell selinux that sshd was allowed to use the new port?
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
