No but with an iLO you can attach an iso file directly as a virtual CD/DVD device. Did you try that?
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

Yes, as Trevor says ypu can try this way. Or With intelligent provisioning you can attach as usb drive (hd or pendrive in fat32 or ntfs) with inside the .iso file and install directly from the iso file.
