Hello dear community,
I'm probably one of the few who are still on the road with an x86 architecture system. Therefore, my question is also something "special" in which I ask for help.
Does anyone have experience with CentOS 7 on an IBM ThinkPad R52?
I have fedora run there at the moment, but would like to switch to CentOS because it is better for my ticks and also longer lasting. I do not want to have big changes to the OS every 13 months, so change now. Since I know, however, that with CentOS no wi-fi drivers are carried and I had already tried trial, so I could not go to the Internet so now to me a corresponding driver to load, so I wanted to have asked once, if you have a Solution or have me a website where I can download a corresponding driver as .rpm and install.
I thank you in advance for the help
Centos 7 (AltArch) x86

Find the line in the output from lspci -nn that refers to your wireless card and post it here.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
