problem with mouse

hi
I have centOS 7 on virtual box. the problem is:
when I open terminal and try to run some command, my mouse stop working outside of the terminal. there is nothing I can do but closing terminal and mouse will back again and working. the same problem with notifications and mouse does not click but keyboard works well. it seams mouse is not released by terminal or other running apps.
I am not expert and I need help. I have searched but nothing worked.please help me... if the problem is about 7th version I can work with 6th but I need to fix it so fast

Try pressing the right control key to get the mouse pointer back.

would you please tell me how to patch it? and does it need compiling kernel after patch?
