Download issue of CentOS 7.4.1708

Hello,

I am new to this forum. I want to download the CentOS 7.4.1708 from http://vault.centos.org/7.4.1708/os/x86_64/

I tried using wget with -r option. But, didn't worked out. Can anybody help me how to download the whole folder at a time? Is there anyway to download using FTP or wget? Is there any .ISO file of CentOS 7.4.1708?

The ISOs are in vault.centos.org/7.4.1708/isos/x86_64

Please don't use 7.4, it's from August 2017 and is thus coming on for 2 years out of date. The current version, 7.6.1810, is the one to use.
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
