I would like to get some expert advice on the below issue I am facing.
There is an issue when using the Keyboard and Integrated Mouse (KIM) unit when accessing the workstations.
the moment we touch the KIM trackpad, it stops the keyboard from working. The workstation only deployed with command line interface. and its directly connected to the KIM unit(using a VGA/USB KVM cable provided by the manufacturer. There is no issue when we connect the KIM and the workstation via the KVM switch. Would appreciate some advise on this please. Thanks
