c5d.18xlarge support

Hello,

I was wondering why you are not supporting the c5d.18xlarge on AWS? You're supporting the other c5d instances, and other similar instances as well, but I don't see c5d.18xlarge support.

This is for CentOS 7 (x86_64) - with Updates HVM, Version 1901_01

I'd suggest raising a bug on bugs.centos.org
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.
Info for USB installs on http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/InstallFromUSBkey
CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
