Recover lost files

Post by itzdaniel483 » 2019/03/15 09:47:15

Hello all,

I went to turn my server on and it gave me the MOkLrst invalid parameter. I tried to fix this no luck. If anyone knows a way to fix it please tell me so i can try.

My main quesiton is how do I move my files to my Live media USB. I have my website files from my Centos Web Panel and I need them before I wipe the drive to start again(unless it can be fixed). I enter the 'rescue a linux system" and click 1 to continue. I then mount the "/mnt/sysimage" and then I don't know what to do.

I can naviage through the files etc just want to move them to the USB.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

This sounds like https://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=15522

Did none of the bypasses and solutions in that work for you?
The future appears to be RHEL or Debian. I think I'm going Debian.

CentOS 5 and 6 are deadest, do not use them.
