How to clear Remote desktop entries in Centos7

Hello,

I am having issues using remote desktop viewer, I keep receiving a connection error, i/m pretty sure I need to clear the remote desktop entries. I remember a colleague of mine had the same issue and he just cleared the entries and it worked, I just don't remember how he went about it to clear it. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated.

Is the server running on the remote machine to which you wish to connect? Is it set up properly?

Yes it is, I usually connect it to the servers no problem, I tried by logging into another server which was allowing me to connect remotely and from there logged into the other server which I am having issues with. Also the servers are window based VM's which i connect through remote desktop viewer from my linux box. The server in question I just cannot log in directly from my remote desktop viewer, I hope that makes sense.
