upgrade to 7.6 hangs on boot

I have a few machines on a specific xenserver hypervisor that if I upgrade them to 7.6 refuse to boot.

The kernel seems to hang on this

The weird thing is that that same kernel works on other hypervisors that are running the exact same version of xenserver at the same patch level.

Any suggestions on what to do here ?
