CUPS upgrade 2.3.x

Current CentOS 7 has CUPS 1.6.3.
How to make CUPS 2.3.x, and update? I cannot find 2.3.x rpm for CentOS 7 anywhere.

My crystal ball says CentOS 9 will ship with cups 2.3.x -- but presumably not before 2023.
